Scaw Capital is a small group of local investors with a collective experience of more than 20 years in industrial and aerospace manufacturing and distribution. We believe Northeast Ohio is well-positioned to be a long-term leader in the future U.S. manufacturing boom and we want to be a part of shaping that future as owners and operators. We are not a private equity firm!

Preferred seller is willing to assist in the transition (we care about continuity of care to carry out your legacy).
Motivated owner without a succession plan approaching exit and ultimately seeking to transition out of the business.
Business Characteristics
At least 10 years of sustained growth and resilience.
Good will not attributable solely or significantly to the owner, but rather to the brand and products.
